STRINGS ATTACHED nominated for
Best Contemporary Romance of 2011!
Who knew the wilds of the Canadian North would be such a romantic setting? Anne Holly apparently! Bringing a quirky love story to life in her latest novel, Anne Holly's STRINGS ATTACHED will capture readers' "hopeful" romantic soul.

I really loved this. The writing was top notch with the eloquent descriptions that literally drew you right inside the story. I've never been to either location but I felt like I could see them both so clearly in my mind.
Theo is probably one of my favorite Heroes of the year.

My gratitude to the reviewers, staff and readers of The Romance Reviews, especially Carole, Rho and Jenn Shanks Pray, for the wonderful nomination for Best Contemporary Romance of 2011.
Also, congratulations to all of my fellow nominees! It's a joy to see Contemporary Romance thriving, and a thrill to be nominated alongside so many great writers.

All the other blogs would think I was a sock puppet, or worse, if I bombarded the scene with praise for you, especially when my bias is so obvious, but I'm just love-sick / love-struck / star-struck husband who wants the woman of his dreams to know this, probably the luckiest fool to ever stuble into your world. As far as I know, you are the world's foremost expert on love and romance, and I will continue to believe that forever. It's how we met, the circumstances of us, and how much I cherish your words. Maybe your audience of romance novel enthisiasts are treated to a good story, even with some "naughty bits" to spice things up, but I see life, I see magic, and the soul that gives life to my family. You bring me tears of joy, Anne Holly. Thank you, and congratulations.
