New WHP Release: Ashlynn Monroe's Wild Hearts!

Today we celebrate the Wild Horse Press release of Wild Hearts, a paranormal romance from WHP author Ashlynn Monroe. I asked Ashlynn to tell us a bit about writing her book, and she also kindly provided a guest blog, which we'll get to see later in the week!

So, tell us something about Wild Hearts...

I did research on a werewolf folktale from France. I used a real event and a real belief and gave it my own unique twist. This was a fun story to write because of the little bit of history mixed in with the fun paranormal romance. My character has a huge heart, she wants to fix the world one lost soul at a time.

And what it feels like to celebrate this release, and what does Wild Hearts mean to you?

This was the 2nd work that ever contracted for me so it was as exciting as my very 1st! I am so looking forward to hearing reader reaction to this sweet and unique werewolf tale.

While I wrote this story it was fun to remember growing up in the boonies. I still remember every sensation and emotion about growing up in farm country and I miss them. Writing this brought back some of those feelings.
